Why commit before the gates open?

KidzOffice is pre-launch. The gates aren't open yet, and we won't pretend otherwise — joining today means putting your email address on a list. This note is about why that small act is worth more than it looks.

The concrete part: the founder's badge

Everyone on the early-access list carries the founder's badge when the gates open. Its first half is simple arithmetic: 50% off your whole first payment, whichever plan you pick —

  • First month R199 instead of R399
  • First quarter R549 instead of R1,099
  • First year R1,999 instead of R3,999

That last line is the one worth reading twice: join now and your first year locks at R1,999 when the gates open.

The fine print is short because there isn't much of it. Every plan includes 3 staff accounts; extra staff accounts are R99 a month, and the badge's 50% covers those in your first payment too. Parents are always free. And the price is never per child.

The bigger part: founders shape the product

The discount is the smaller half of the answer. KidzOffice is built in South Africa and shaped with preschool owners — and the shaping is happening now. The first centres through the gates are the ones whose Tuesday-morning problems set the roadmap. Later users get a finished product; founders get a product that fits them.

That's how we work: watch a real centre run a real day, fix what rubs, repeat. Early feedback doesn't go into a suggestion box — it goes into the next build.

And the rest of the badge?

The badge is more than the discount — founders come first, for good. We're keeping the rest under wraps until it's real, because we'd rather under-promise. What we will say: whenever we decide something that touches founders, the badge is in the room.

Be first through the gate.

One email address. No payment, no spam — just first in line, with the badge waiting.
